Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Wizard Invoice (“we”, “us”) collects, how it is used and with whom it is shared when you use wizardinvoice.com and the Service.
1. Information we collect
Account information: your name, email address and the details you provide when you join, such as your line of work and billing currency. If you sign in with Google, Google provides your name and email address only. Your password is stored only as a salted, one-way hash and cannot be read by us.
Content you create: brands, clients, invoices and settings, including any client names, email addresses and payment links you enter.
Billing information: Pro subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which collects your payment details. We receive your email address, plan and licence key, and do not receive or store card details.
2. How we use information
We use this information to provide and secure the Service, synchronise your workspace across devices, process subscriptions, send account and service emails, and respond to your requests. If you enable automatic reminders, we use client details you saved to email your clients on your behalf and keep a log of which reminders were sent. If you join the Pro waitlist, we use your email address only to notify you when Pro becomes available.
3. Storage and security
Your workspace is stored in your account on Supabase and is accessible only to the signed-in owner. A copy is kept in your browser so the Service loads quickly and works offline; it is removed when you log out. PDFs are generated in your browser.
4. Sharing invoices
A viewer link contains a compressed copy of a single invoice, and anyone who has the link can open it. Share links only with the intended recipient. Payment links you add are included in your invoices so that your clients can pay you; payments take place on the provider’s own site, and Wizard Invoice never receives card or bank details.
5. Service providers
We use the following providers to operate the Service: Supabase (database and authentication), Lemon Squeezy (payments), Resend (email delivery), Netlify (hosting), Google (sign-in and fonts) and Cloudflare Turnstile (abuse protection on sign-up and sign-in). Each processes information only as needed to perform its function. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention and your choices
We retain your information while your account is active. You may export your data from Settings at any time, and you may request correction or deletion of your account and data by writing to contact@wizardinvoice.com. Reminders are off by default and can be disabled in Settings at any time.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
