Refund Policy

Effective 6 October 2026

This policy describes how charges for Wizard Invoice Pro are handled. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

1. Free trial

Pro includes a 7-day free trial so that you can evaluate the Service before any payment is taken. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

2. No refunds

Because a free trial is provided, payments are final once charged. We do not provide refunds or credits for subscription fees, including renewals, partial billing periods, unused time or downgrades.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt or from your account billing page. Cancellation stops future charges, and Pro remains available until the end of the period already paid for. You are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged.

4. Exceptions

We will correct a duplicate or erroneous charge on request, and we will comply with any refund or withdrawal right that applies to you under mandatory consumer law.

5. Billing and contact

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. For billing questions, write to contact@wizardinvoice.com from the email address on your account.
