Invoice template for graphic designers.
Bill for the brand, the revisions and the usage rights, on an invoice that looks as considered as your work.
What to include
What goes on graphic designers’ invoices
- The project name and the stage being billed (deposit, milestone or final)
- Deliverables listed by name, so nothing is argued about later
- Included revision rounds, with extra rounds as their own line
- Usage rights or licence terms if they are part of the price
- A clear due date, plus when final files are released
Wizard Invoice asks for these one question at a time, fills in your logo, colour and payment details on its own, and sends the result by WhatsApp, email, PDF or a link.

Thank you for your business.
Get paid sooner
Three habits that help graphic designers get paid.
01
Take a deposit first
Billing 30 to 50 percent before you start filters out time-wasters and covers the early work. Send that as its own invoice and mark the rest as the balance.
02
Put revisions on paper
State how many rounds are included and what an extra round costs. When a client asks for a fourth, the invoice has already answered.
03
Release files on payment
Say on the invoice that final artwork is delivered once it is paid. It is a normal term and most clients never question it.
