Three things worth getting right.
Bill foreign clients in dollars
If your client is abroad, invoice in USD or their currency and use a provider that can receive it, such as a domiciliary account, Payoneer, Wise or Grey.
Write the account name in full
Clients paying by transfer check the account name before they send. Make sure it matches the name your bank shows.
Say when payment is due
A clear due date, such as 14 days from the invoice date, is the simplest way to stop invoices drifting.
