Three things worth getting right.
Check BIR rules for official invoices
The BIR expects registered businesses to issue invoices that are registered with it. Use Wizard Invoice to send a clear billing statement to clients, and keep your BIR-registered invoices for your tax records.
Add GCash or Maya
Local clients often pay by e-wallet. Put your number and account name on the invoice.
Invoice overseas clients in dollars
For clients abroad, bill in USD and give details for PayPal, Wise or Payoneer so they can pay in a few clicks.
