What goes on the invoice

- Your name, address and your client’s name and address
- Invoice number and date of supply
- A description of the goods or services, with quantity and price
- The VAT amount at the rate that applies, and the total including VAT
- Currency (AED), due date and bank details with IBAN
The free invoice maker puts these in the right places, adds up the totals for you and downloads a clean PDF. No sign-up needed.
Three things worth getting right.
Show your TRN
If you are VAT registered, your Tax Registration Number must appear on the invoice. Business clients use it to reclaim VAT.
Include your IBAN
UAE banks use IBANs. Put yours on the invoice so payment goes to the right place the first time.
Keep invoices clear and complete
Authorities expect tax invoices to carry set details. If you are unsure, check the Federal Tax Authority guidance.
